Description: A Marietta Georgia Internet + Marketing company is currently accepting resumes for a competent Office Manager and front office receptionist. Duties include managing QuickBooks invoicing, posting of accounts payable, close follow up on accounts receivable, manage any customer issues on daily basis, keep managers updated on critical issues.
Additional responsibilities include reception, administrative support, mail, phone coverage, and administrative assistant to staff. Directly participates in departmental administration, implements and enforces office policies and procedures, and sets workflow priorities and standards.
Responsibilities:
- 25% of time per week, performing bookkeeping functions like invoicing, accts. payable / receivable, reconciliation, etc.
- Manages daily administrative operations
- Provides administrative assistance and support to the company principals, which may include problem solving, project planning and management, fiscal management, day-to-day office coordination, and secretarial services.
- Oversees and provides computer functions such as scheduled and special reports, correspondence, and database management.
- Coordinates programs, seminars, workshops, travel arrangements, special projects, and/or events; may coordinate program/project development and planning.
- Provide Content Management for websites
- Process digital images for websites
- Provide first level telephone and eMail customer support
- Content writing and/or editing
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Experience in financials and administration
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to analyze, develop, establish, and maintain efficient office work flow and administrative processes.
- Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
- Work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed on the job description.
