One of the great benefits that i360 Group offer to its customers is the Helpdesk. From 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday EST our staffed Helpdesk is ready to answer questions and provide support for our customers.
This service is especially important for our eCommerce customers. Often, they are equipped to handle product questions from the field, but when issues regarding their eCommerce website get technical, a better approach is to have them call The Helpdesk.
With so many different types of computers, operating systems, browsers and features that can be turned off or on, it can be a challenge to keep up. This is where The Helpdesk comes in. We'll take the call, open a Workorder, and attempt to resolve the issue immediately if possible. If a problem requires escalation, our Helpdesk will contact the necessary personnel, and follow through with the workorder to completion. Along the way, the customer is kept informed as to when the problem will be resolved.
Sometimes, we'll go ahead and place a product order for a customer, which accomplishes their objective.
